Dogs and sticks are a match made in heaven. Any dog lover knows this all too well—our four-legged friends will go to great lengths to find the perfect stick, whether it’s for a game of fetch, a chew session, or simply to parade around proudly. Alice, a spirited Jackapoo, is no exception. Her love for sticks is so intense that her mom lovingly calls her a “real stick fiend.”
During a winter walk with her family, Alice’s obsession with sticks reached a hilarious new level. The family stumbled upon a field of untouched snow and decided to have some fun by building a snowman. As they rolled the snow and crafted their frosty friend, Alice’s sharp eyes locked onto the twigs chosen for the snowman’s arms. Her determination was instant.
Once the arms were attached, Alice made several playful attempts to reach them. She leaped enthusiastically, her little paws kicking up snowflakes with every jump, but the snowman’s arms remained just out of her reach. Her persistence didn’t go unnoticed—her family couldn’t stop laughing at her antics as she circled the snowman, plotting her next move.
As the day drew to a close, and it was time to head home, Alice wasn’t about to leave without one last effort. With a determined dash, she got a running start and leapt higher than before, successfully snagging one of the snowman’s twig arms. Triumphantly holding her prize, Alice’s joy was short-lived when Mom had to step in and gently pry the stick away.
Alice may not have kept the snowman’s arm, but she left with her head held high and a sparkle in her eye, ready for her next adventure. After all, life is full of sticks waiting to be discovered—and this Jackapoo isn’t one to let any opportunity pass her by!
